New build snagging inspections Embassy Gardens
Following a snagging inspection yesterday of an one bedroom apartment in Embassy Gardens Battersea we found, overall, the apartment to be of a good standard and decorative finish however we did raise over 40 snagging issues in our 14 page report. If you are purchasing an apartment here common issues to look out for are flooring - various marks, scratches and white in grain, door handles not level, interior of cupboards are matt black therefore the untidy finish, numerous scratches and marks are not initially noticeable unless your using portable lighting.
