Snagging survey and inspection Camden Town

Apparently Camden collection will not accept snagging inspection or survey reports for their new build development Noor Inayat Khan House, Maitland Park Villas, which is situated north of Camden Town and are pushing for potential buyers to purchase as seen. This is a new build development which comes with a 10 year building warranty and a 2 year defects warranty subsequently there is no valid reason for the developer to insist on these restrictions. Point 3.2 of the defects warranty states that " The cost of repairing, replacing or rectifying any defect and resultant damage to the home for which the developer is responsible." is covered by the warranty.

Common concerns we found in this development are mastic detaching from window and balcony frames, doors rattling in their frames, windows have numerous scratches, flooring not level and doors not latching.
