We have undertaken numerous snagging surveys and inspections throughout the Woolwich area and recently a pre-completion snagging survey and inspection of a two bedroom apartment at Fairview's development Dock 28.

We found Fairview both helpful and responsive when arranging access to the apartment allowing us plenty of time to inspect the apartment. Our inspection raised over 40 issues and defects which were mainly decorative issues however the living area flooring was not flat in places with excessive uneven gaps greater than 6mm in between the skirting and flooring. Also of concern to us was the excessive gaps in between the bedroom internal fire doors and keep side frames, and the gap in between the base of the door and flooring that was 23mm. The internal fire doors, that lead into the apartment hallway, were not fitted with intumescent strips?
