Snagging survey London Makers Yard Canning Town

Today we completed a snagging survey and inspection of a three bedroom apartment in Makers Yard Canning Town london.

The development is just a five minutes walk from Canning Town station is situated in the centre of a newly built shopping area. Overall, the apartment is in good condition and of a good standard however we raised over 40 issues in our 19 page report. The main areas of concern were a wardrobe wall and a wall right of a bedroom door that were not square.
